Tangerines, figs, lemons, almonds, pomegranates… these are just some of the fruits that grow abundantly in the valley of the Neretva river.
All this domesic ingredients were the headliners of the first dessert making competition, in the organisation of the Agro ethno park.
This prize competition was held on 12th November and was made for the selection of the Neretva dessert, which will become an autochthonous dessert with recognizable characteristics of the Neretva valley.
„We are extremely glad that there was such a large turnout, as many as 45 desserts. The jury really had a tough job and we think we got what Slast Fest was organized for. Since this is our first gastro event, we are very satisfied with the outcome and thank all the competitors and visitors who supported us by coming.“
